3D-CURVI combines the advantages of a 9H Japan Imported Tempered Glass and Shock Absorbing TPU frame for a comprehensive protection of your device.

Coated with hydrophobic and oleo phobic clear layers, 3D-CURVI is resistant against sweat and oil residue from fingerprints, keeping your phone screen pristine all day long.

Based on our delicate hot bending and tempering manufacturing process again, the hardness is up to 9H¹, which can effectively protect your phone from any impact, scratch, wear, blast, oil, grease and dirt.
Hot Bending and Tempering Process - 630°C
The bending and tempering process creates the properties desired for glass, such as strength, using controlled heat processing. The glass is first laser-cut to specific shape according to 3D-CURVI, followed by heating the glass to 615-650 ºC, and complete with rapid cooling, which creates residual compressive stress on the surface of the glass and a corresponding residual tensile stress in the interior.
The resulting stress balance gives glass the desired properties. Tempered, bent glass withstands mechanical strain 4-5 times better than bent annealed glass.

With this delicate procedures, 3D-CURVI can also withstand much greater variations in temperature than normal glass. Another benefit is increased safety. Tempered glass shatters into small pebble-like pieces rather than larger sharp pieces.
